By the way, you need SoftEther VPN client for Windows 10 I guess. I do not need to bridge, that's why I disabled and It's working like a charm. Actually I tried to enabled Bridge couple of times but if I enabled, SoftEther Manager doesn't let me connect to Server again. I was doing everything you suggested but if I kept Bridge enabled as shown in the guide it would never work after rebooting. I had to disable Bridge under the router settings.
